All the operators give in to LaLiga and its blackmail over the Internet
LaLiga has intensified its anti-piracy efforts by compelling major Spanish internet service providers—Digi, Vodafone, and Orange—to block access to unauthorized football streams. During a recent El Clásico, over 15,000 IP addresses experienced disruptions, rendering several domains inaccessible. LaLiga now mandates ISPs to share user data of those accessing pirated Ace Stream channels, with offenders facing fines up to €250. Despite initial resistance, the ISPs have acquiesced to these measures. This aggressive approach has sparked concerns over privacy and the potential overreach of LaLiga’s enforcement tactics.
