Kakao Entertainment Deletes 1 Billion Pirated Content Items in Four Years

The company also highlighted a successful case where it identified and shut down a major global piracy site with around 120 million monthly visits, showing the effectiveness of long term investigation combined with international cooperation.
Experts stress that global collaboration between governments, platforms, and industry groups is essential, as piracy networks operate across borders and are increasingly sophisticated.
