Gay-Torrents Vanishes After Lawsuit, FlavaWorks Narrows Case from 325 to 39 Users

Private torrent tracker Gay Torrents suddenly went offline shortly after adult entertainment company FlavaWorks filed a major copyright infringement lawsuit against the site’s operators, administrators, uploaders, and hundreds of users. According to an amended court filing, the site’s operators allegedly disappeared without warning, leaving staff and members unaware of what had happened. FlavaWorks argues that the shutdown was a deliberate attempt to evade legal action and destroy evidence. At the same time, the company significantly narrowed its case, reducing the number of targeted users from 325 to 39 after focusing on individuals allegedly linked through matching email addresses used on both Gay Torrents and FlavaWorks platforms. The lawsuit remains ongoing and highlights increasing legal pressure on private torrent communities and their users.
